Career Opportunities at Optima Engineering

Optima Engineering is constantly seeking highly motivated individuals to join its organization.  All of our employees are self motivated to do the best engineering work that they can possibly do.  Our employee turnover rate is very low: we like to hire the right candidate, train and educate them and help them to grow, and they in turn help us to remain the best engineering firm in the region.  Over 25% of our employees have been with us over 10 years, which says a lot about a 15 year firm.
