Decision One Support Solar Photovoltaic System:
The two story office building in south Charlotte had one of the largest solar photovoltaic systems on a commercial office building in the state of North Carolina when it was first built in 2006. It has 109 panels on the roof, each capable of producing 210 watts each, for a total of 22KW of power during peak solar times. The solar PV system uses lightweight solar panels, SunPower Interlocking Roof Tiles.
Charlotte, N.C.
Argand Solar Photovoltaic System:
This project consists of a 3.6 KW solar photovoltaic system to provide power to the utility.
Charlotte, N.C.
Childress Klein Office Building:
This 500KW solar pv system was designed for Duke Energy for its rooftop initiative. We worked with Southern Energy Management to produce the optimal rooftop system for the existing building in north Charlotte.
Charlotte, NC

PROJECTS DESIGNED AND UNDER CONSTRUCTION LOCATION
Florida Power and Light/SunPower 10MW Solar PV System:
This project consists of 10 MW of ground mounted Sunpower 305W panels for a utility. At the present time, there are only three systems in the entire United States that are larger than 10 MW.
 Cape Canaveral, FL
Pantheon Solar PV System:
This project consists of a roof mounted pv system, 81KW total power.
Nashville, TN
Jackson Elementary School: LEED pending
Kershaw Elementary is a new elementary school that will incorporate renewable energy (solar thermal and photovoltaics) as a part of its design. The pv system is a 5KW system to help educate the students.
Kershaw, SC
Environmental Way Office Building: LEED Platinum pending
This project consists of converting an 80,000 square foot existing office building into a LEED platinum Core and Shell Building. The core and shell will include a 10KW solar photovoltaic system to provide power to the utility, as well as a solar thermal system to heat the building.
Charlotte, N.C.
Cherry Point Marine Corp Base – Building 159 Photovoltaic System:
This project consists of a 10 KW solar photovoltaic system to provide power to the utility.
Havelock, NC
Cherry Point Marine Corp Base – Building 194 Photovoltaic System:
This project consists of a 50 KW solar photovoltaic system to provide power to the utility.
Havelock, NC
Charlotte Douglas International Airport 250KW Photovoltaic System:
This project consists of a 250 KW solar photovoltaic rooftop system located at the airport in Charlotte.
Charlotte, NC
Lumberton Solar Photovoltaic System:
This project consists of a 250 KW solar photovoltaic system to provide power to the utility. This project will go on line by the end of 2009.
Lumberton, NC
Western Elementary School:
This school is presently in the construction phase. It will be the highest performing school in North Carolina upon its completion. It will be the first Net Zero school in North Carolina. It will have a 650KW solar photovoltaic system which will provide 100% of its energy needs for the year.
Fayetteville, N.C.

PROJECTS IN THE DESIGN PHASE LOCATION
Charlotte Meck Utilities Irwin Creek WWTP Photovoltaic System:
This project consists of a 250 KW solar photovoltaic ground mounted solar photovoltaic array located on land adjacent to the waste water treatment plant. The system will utilize old waste water drying beds, which have no other use, and help produce power to sell to the utility, to help offset some of the power needed to clean our city’s water.
 Charlotte, NC
Charlotte Meck Utilities Sugar Creek WWTP Photovoltaic System:
This project consists of a 250 KW solar photovoltaic ground mounted solar photovoltaic array located on land adjacent to the waste water treatment plant. The system will utilize old waste water drying beds, which have no other use, and help produce power to sell to the utility, to help offset some of the power needed to clean our city’s water.
Charlotte, NC
