  • Water Savings Options
  • Renewable Energy Alternatives
  • Determine appropriate training for facility personnel
  • Estimated Construction Costs for all Options
  • Estimated Financial Savings and/or Income for all Options
  • Recommend Priorities for Options

After Client Chooses Options for Resource Management

  • Provide Engineering Design for appropriate options
  • Provide Architectural Design for appropriate options
  • Provide Construction Management Services for appropriate options, if desired
  • Prepare bid and construction documents

After the Implementation of Each Option  

  • Continue monitoring and tracking all resources
  • Verify resource and cost savings of implemented options over time
  • Provide appropriate training of their staff, as needed, to use resources efficiently

Celebration of Resource Management Goals

  • Provide appropriate information for the building owner to share with the public through your own marketing team
  • Provide access to realtime monitoring to the public to make them aware, as well as to educate
  • Assist in updating targets over time, so that you and the public can be updated as to your progress
